Start with Windows

-Adds DisplayClone to startup via the Windows Task Scheduler.  (see Start with Windows)

Always Ontop

-Causes all popup windows (such as Settings, Log, etc) to be displayed ontop of other program windows.

Show SplashScreen

-Show the product SplashScreen on startup.  (you'll probably want to set this to FALSE after you've seen it)
