MIB file won't load?

The help guide provides hints for unknown root definition ... the most likely cause of difficulty loading 3rd party MIB definition files. But if editing mib definition files is not for you, we are more than willing to take a crack in return for hosting permission for the loadable MIB definition file. If this is not a problem (why would it be ... MIB definition files are rarely proprietary), email a copy of the MIB definiton file along with description of difficulty. Remember, any MIB definition parsing fault will be written to the program log.
